Return of the inconsistent blogger

Hey y'all!!! 

I thought it was time to come back to the bloggers' world. I have been ignoring the urge to write for a while but I couldn't resist the temptation today.

Lately I have been looking for interesting fitness blogs but most of them are often too technical and hard to read. I am also being a little picky because I am looking for anecdotes, photos, food and fitness all compacted into one blog. So, where can I find one? If anyone has suggestions I am all ears.

So what has prompted me to come back to blogging?

My resolution to be fit and healthy by the time I turn 30 (o.O). A big milestone demands big changes. Changes that are not only beneficial to one's well being but also reinstate a sense of self confidence, energy and enthusiasm to face whatever challenges life throws at one after the big 3-0! (ok so I am being a bit melodramatic but hey I am leaving my 20's *wink wink*).

I started big because its all in or none for me. 6 days of gym + classes combo after work. Its a handful and quite intense. I have to admit that the satisfaction of completing those first 6 days was intoxicating! I haven't managed to keep a straight 6 day every week record but I have managed to attend all the classes I booked so far. Fingers crossed this works :D

My upcoming posts will be about the classes I do, how they work, and my personal opinions about them.
